Using KinSpense
You may use KinSpense to organise your personal finances. Keep your sign-in details secure; you are responsible for activity on your account and for the accuracy of what you record.
Not financial advice
KinSpense is a tracking and planning tool. It does not give financial, investment, tax, accounting or legal advice, and it does not move money. Decisions you make remain your own.
Plans and payments
KinSpense has a free plan for use on one device and an optional Premium subscription, billed monthly or yearly, that includes sync across all your devices. Prices, renewal terms and cancellation options are shown before you buy. Payments, renewals and refunds are handled by Google Play under its terms, and you can cancel at any time in your Google Play subscriptions; Premium stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: no unlawful activity, attempts to access other people's data, interference with our systems, or reverse engineering where the law prohibits it.
Availability and your data
We work to keep KinSpense reliable, but it may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or reasons beyond our control. Changes you make offline are saved on your phone and sync when you reconnect.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, TechTower Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using KinSpense. Nothing here limits rights you have that cannot be limited by law.
Ending your use
You can stop using KinSpense and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as KinSpense evolves and will note the date above; material changes will be announced in the app. Questions can be sent to kinspense@techtowerinc.com.
